By signing up to Getmecashmails.com you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement.
Getmecashmails.com reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.
You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract.
You agree that the information that you submit to Getmecashmails.com is valid.
You must have a good understanding of the English language.
If you decide to refer other people to Getmecashmails.com
you will receive 20 % of your referral's earnings on level 1.
We have a zero tollerance policy against inactivity. If you not clicked a link for more the 30 days, or logged in your account, you will be considered inactive. This will result the losing your account. After 30 days we will delete
all inactive members. You will lose all your earnings, referrals and referralearnings. This can not be turned back.
You may request payments once your account balance reaches $9.20.
The signup bonus of $2.50 does not count towards your cashout balance.
You may redeem this only for advertisement. If you request a payment and you have not
redeemed the signup bonus or you haven't ever purchased an advertisement package of at least $2.50
value from our site, then you will billed an extra $2.99 fee which will be deducted from your
payout requested. (Updated November 14, 2009: Because we lowered the minimum payout and reduced the $2.50 to $0.25 Sign-up Bonus for all members that signup starting from today November 14 2009 are not required to redeem this signup bonus before asking for payout. The signup bonus of $0.25 Sign-up Bonus counts toward your payout. Older members will not follow this change; they still have to redeem the older $2.50 signup bonus for advertising or at least purchase a $2.50 value advertising from our site).
Payments will be made within 30 days. Members will be paid via paypal.
Paypal payments have a 5.00% fee deducted from requested amount.
If you requested pay-out, stay member till we had the chance to pay you. If you unsubscribe, we can not find you in our database. When we don't have any paymentdetails, which results in no pay-out at all.
We will not take the time, to look it up in a backup.
No payment details, no pay-out!
We have no torrents of SPAM as a method of promoting your Getmecashmails.com referral links.
We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages.
All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join
Getmecashmails.com in the future.
You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. IF you cheat your account WILL be deleted and
you may not rejoin our program. You will then forfeit all earnings and referrals.
Common courtesy is required here at Getmecashmails.com. Any member who intentionally slanders
another member or webmasters of this program will have their account deleted. No questions asked!
Everyone should be addressed in a fair and courteous manner.
Any hateful, or snide comments directed at anyone will result in your account deleted without
warning and blocking from all our programs. Pretty much have fun & keep it clean!
All personal information is stored in the Getmecashmails.com database and will not be sold or
given away to third parties. You give Getmecashmails.com permission to send you newsletters regarding our program.
Fill up a correct emailadress, so you can receive emails of our program. Please don't use @hotmail, @Yahoo or @MSN adresses because of their spam rules. Make sure you put our program in the safe list of your emailadress, so you can receive your emails normal.
Getmecashmails.com wants to point you to the fact, that you can read your emaillinks in our program too. You have to log in the member section of Getmecashmails.com.
If you are going on a holiday and to avoid bouncing emails, you can put your account in vacation mode. Just log in your account and go to the personal details. Fill in the holiday details.
This option is a great advantage because we don't get bouncing emails and your mailbox stays empty.
Ad redemptions and auction items will be processed within 3 days. After this time period feel free to contact us!It has no use to contact us before 3 days, this will not speed op the process.
Refund policy: We will not issue a refund in most cases. Since you are not required to pay us to use our services, you decide if you need advertising and thus you must watch what you are paying for. We cannot control and cannot be held responsible for your spent funds through a third-party payment system. You are the only responsible to keep your accounts safe from being accessed by anyone else except you
